2How many times may I review the questions within the question bank?
When you subscribe, you have access to the entire question bank and may review and create exams as many times as you wish. You are only limited by the length of your subscription. Each question bank has over 3 times as many questions as the actual NBDE exam.
3Can I save or pause an exam?
Yes, unlike our competitors, QbankDMD understands that your time is limited and you may need to occasionally pause or save an exam . Although QbankDMD offers you ability to create exams of varying length, if you find yourself short of time or need to take a phone call, you can either pause or resume an exam. The “Pause” button is available for any “Timed” exam and all exams may be saved by clicking the “Save” button located at the bottom of each question. When you are ready to continue, navigate to your “My Exams” page and click “Resume” to restart the test. The grid on the left section of the page allows you to navigate quickly to any question within the exam.
4Can I review questions I answered incorrectly after taking an exam?
Yes, QbankDMD integrated a feature that not only allows you to review questions you previously answered incorrectly, but to create a new exam from all questions that were answered incorrectly throughout the question bank. After completing an exam, navigate to your “My Exams” page and click the “Review” button next to a completed exam. You have the option to “Review All”, “Review Marked”, “Review Correct” and “Review Incorrect” questions within the exam. To create an exam with questions previously answered incorrectly, navigate to the “My Exams” page and click the “Create Exam” button. On the “Create Exam” page simply select the “Incorrect” option as your Question Type.
5Could you explain the “Total # of Answers Changed”section of the Performance Analytics page?
This functionality applies to when subscribers create exams with questions that were previously used. For example, we have completed the question bank and now decide to create an exam with questions that were previously answered incorrectly. The subscriber completes the new exam and now has answered 5 of the questions correctly. The “Total # of Answers Changed” would display “Incorrect to Correct” as 5. The same logic applies to “Correct to Incorrect” and “Incorrect to Incorrect”. The purpose of this feature is to provide the user with their tendencies when it comes to how questions are answered. In other words, when you are not sure of the correct answer, should you stay with your first choice or rethink and modify your answer?
6How are the exams scored?
Based on feedback received from our subscribers, we have created an algorithm that indicates a score of at least 70% using QbankDMD coincides with a passing grade on the NBDE. In other words, there is a >90% probability that if you would score 70% or higher with QbankDMD, you would pass the NBDE. We feel the questions we have accumulated are overall slightly more difficult, however, this feature is for statistical purposes only and by no means guarantees you a passing grade. There are many variables involved when taking an exam and the purpose of this algorithm is to provide our subscribers with a benchmark during their preparation. We thank our past subscribers who have provided data used in the algorithm and encourage our current and future subscribers to do the same.
7Is it possible to reset the question bank?
Yes, you can reset your question bank by navigating to your “My Exams” page and clicking the “Delete All Exams” button. Keep in mind this will also clear your performance statistics. All questions will appear as “New” from the “Create Exam” page.
8How do I recover a lost password?
If you forget your password, you will need to contact our Customer Care Team using our “Contact Us” form. Customer service representatives are available 7 days per week. We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible. Please remember to check your spam folder for responses from our Customer Care Team after sending an inquiry.
9How do I end an exam and review my results?
In order to see your test results you must first answer all questions within an exam. Once all questions are answered, click the “Review” button at the bottom of the page. The system navigates to the Review page and provides options to review all questions, review incomplete questions or review marked questions. Click the “End Exam” button. Click “OK” if you wish to continue. The “My Exam” page appears with the results of the test. Click the “Performance Analytics” button to see your statistics for all completed exams.
1How do I subscribe to QbankDMD?
In order to subscribe to our service, please click “Subscribe” at the top of the page. Select the length of the subscription you wish to purchase for either the NBDE Part 1 or NBDE Part 2 and click “Subscribe Now!”. The software will navigate you through the subscription process including the registration, billing and review order pages.
2What form of payment(s) do you accept?
You may subscribe to our question bank using the following credit or debit cards:

Your subscription will be activated once payment is complete. We also provide the ability to pay directly to our Paypal account. If you are having any problems subscribing, please “Contact Us” and we will provide you with the information to make a direct payment to Paypal. For those of you without a Paypal account, we also provide a payment authorization form option via email. If either the Paypal or payment authorization form methods are used, we must setup your account manually. We will work with you to setup your account as quickly as possible.
3Do I need to download any software to use QbankDMD?
QbankDMD is 100% web-based and is accessible from any personal computer, laptop or tablet. There is no need for software downloads or worrying about reinstalling software updates. Unlike our competitors you can access our application from home, school or even at your local coffee shop!
4Are there detailed explanations to your questions?
Absolutely! Unlike our competitors, QbankDMD offers detailed explanations to our questions. We have not only spent thousand of hours creating questions that emulate the actual NBDE but we spent the additional time to provide you with thorough explanations! The answers and explanations are available during and after completing an exam. When creating an exam, select Exam Type “Tutor Mode”; the feature provides you with the option to display the answer and explanation while you are taking the test! When taking an exam you will see a “Show Explanation” link. Simply click the link and the correct answer and explanation will appear!
5Do you provide a free trial offer to test the software?
QbankDMD does not provide trial offers or guest accounts to test our software application. We do have Screen Samples available that display the look and feel of the subscriber’s area. Please see “Screenshots” located on each of our marketing pages.
6When does my subscription begin and may I purchase now but start it later?
A subscription duration starts from the moment it is purchased, however, we allow our subscribers to freeze their accounts once per subscription. Simply send us a quick email and we will deactivate your account temporarily and reactivate when you are ready to continue

9How many Case-Based Component questions does QbankDMD have for the NBDE Part 2?
The QbankDMD 2017 Edition now has over 300 Case-Based Component questions that contain:
A new category was added within the members area named “Case Study Practice Exam”. Each Case-Based component contains 10 questions and must be taken independently of the other categories within the Qbank. That’s triple the questions you will see on the actual NBDE Part 2 exam!
10What is your policy regarding refunds?
Unfortunately QbankDMD cannot refund a subscription once it is purchased. We will however, provide you with the option to freeze your account in case you decide that you are not ready to begin reviewing the practice exams. We will allow each subscriber to freeze their accounts once per subscription (no exceptions). Simply use the “Contact Us” page and let us know when you wish to deactivate and then reactivate your account!
